Description: A very interesting raptor with a crest on its head that flows with the wind. In this shot, you can see the crest down in the wind direction. In another shot, the crest was straight up! The bird wasn't keen on allowing us to get anywhere near. Shot from the bottom of a hill when the bird was uphill. Thanks in advance for your view / feedback / comments. Much appreciated.
