Halimeda gracilis is a species of chlorophytes in the family Halimedaceae. They are native to Sergipe, Rio De Janeiro, Rio Grande Do Norte, Bahia, Espirito Santo, Ceará, ParaíBa, SãO Paulo, and Pernambuco. Dead Halimeda gracilis form shallow marine sediments.
