Pneophyllum fragile Kützing, 1843 é o nome botânico de uma espécie de algas vermelhas pluricelulares do gênero Pneophyllum, família Corallinaceae, subfamília Mastophoroideae.

• São algas marinhas encontradas na Europa, África, Ásia, Américas, Austrália e em algumas ilhas do Atlântico e Índico.
