Emilia fosbergii (Florida Tasselflower) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Rio Grande Do Sul, Rio De Janeiro, Alagoas, Caatinga, Paraná, Acre (Brazil), Pampa, Santa Catarina, RondôNia, Cerrado, Roraima, Amapá, Piauí, Ceará, Pernambuco, Mata Atlântica, Bahia, Amazônia, Tocantins, ParaíBa, Sergipe, SãO Paulo, Pará, Maranhao, Minas Gerais, Distrito Federal, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Espirito Santo, GoiáS, Mato Grosso, Pantanal, and Rio Grande Do Norte. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 2.5 m.
