Gymnophiona (Caecilians) is a group of amphibians. There are 209 species of caecilians, in 32 genera and 10 families. This group has been around since the Sinemurian Age. Caecilians includes groups like Herpelidae, Chikilidae, and Dermophiidae. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is dioecious.
