Vigna marina (Notched Cowpea) is a species of perennial herb in the family Fabaceae. It is a climber. It is native to Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Bahia, and Mata Atlântica. Notched Cowpea has compound, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Polistes japonicus de Saussure 1858. Notched Cowpea fixes nitrogen. It is a photoautotroph. Individuals can grow to 0.5 m.
