Albizia niopoides (Silk Tree) is a species of tree in the family legumes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to SãO Paulo, RondôNia, Rio Grande Do Sul, Cerrado, Mata Atlântica, Distrito Federal, Tocantins, Rio De Janeiro, Bahia, Acre (Brazil), Amazônia, Mato Grosso, Paraná, Pampa, Piauí, Santa Catarina, Minas Gerais, Pará, Ceará, GoiáS, Mato Grosso Do Sul, and Maranhao. They have compound, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 40 m.
