Ononis spinosa (Spiny Restharrow) is a species of shrub in the family legumes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have compound, broad leaves and dry fruit. Flowers are visited by Megachile pilidens, Stelis signata, Shrill carder bee, and White-tailed bumblebee. Individuals can grow to 0.6 m.
