Albizia julibrissin (Silktree) is a species of shrub in the family legumes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Pakistan, China, Japan, North Korea, Myanmar, Eastern North America, India, Nepal, Iran, Bhutan, Taiwan, and Afghanistan. They have simple, broad leaves and white flowers. Flowers are visited by Black-chinned Hummingbird, Papilio rumiko, Anna's Hummingbird, and Monarch. Individuals can grow to 17.3 m.
