Sticherus bifidus (Mexican Umbrella Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Gleicheniaceae. It is a climber. It is native to Puerto Rico, Pantanal, Mata Atlântica, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Espirito Santo, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo, Ceará, Distrito Federal, Rio Grande do Sul, and Bahia. Mexican Umbrella Fern is a photoautotroph.
