Cocculus carolinus (Carolina Coralbead) is a species of woody plants in the family Menispermaceae. They are climbers. They are native to The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and drupes. Flowers are visited by Euodynerus pratensis and Leptotes cassius cassidula. Individuals can grow to 1.7 m.
