ORIGINAL REFERENCE.—Abralia heminuchalis Burgess, 1992:120, figs. 2a–n.

DEPOSITION OF TYPES.—Holotype: USNM 729683, female, 37 mm ML, R/V Hugh M. Smith sta 47–51, equatorial central Pacific, 0°44′S, 149°46′W, 2 Nov 1958, good condition.

Paratypes: USNM 729719, 3 males, 27–32 mm ML, 5 females, 31–35 mm ML, 8 juveniles, 17–20 mm ML, same lot as holotype, good condition.

GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION.—Central Pacific from 16°N to 15°S and from 144°W to 168°W (Burgess, 1992).
