Thespesia populnea (Portia Tree) is a species of tree in the family Malvaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by null, Mauritius ornate day gecko, European honey bee, and Olive-Haired Swift. Individuals can grow to 10 m.
