Eryngium maritimum (Sea Holly) is a species of perennial herb in the family umbellifers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Colpa sexmaculata, Bombus ruderarius, Sphecodes monilicornis, and small white. Individuals can grow to 0.31 m.
