Salix caprea (Goat Willow) is a species of tree in the family Salicaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Platycheirus peltatus, Chalcosyrphus nemorum, Xylota sylvarum, and Dasysyrphus venustus. Individuals can grow to 7.4 m.
