Salix viminalis (Common Osier) is a species of tree in the family Salicaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Colletes cunicularius, Meliscaeva auricollis, Eumerus funeralis, and Criorhina ranunculi. Individuals can grow to 5 m.
