Rhododendron canadense (Rhodora) is a species of shrub in the family Ericaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Eastern North America, Canada, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, North America, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves, purple flowers, and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Hummingbird Clearwing, Tricolored Bumble Bee, Andrena rufosignata, and Honey bee. Individuals can grow to 13 m.
