Cornus alternifolia (Alternateleaf Dogwood) is a species of shrub in the family dogwoods. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, and United States. They have simple, broad leaves, white flowers, and drupes. Flowers are visited by Molorchus bimaculatus, Odontomyia cincta, Andrena integra, and Tharsalea hyllus. Individuals can grow to 7.9 m.
