Fagopyrum tataricum (Tartary Buckwheat) is a species of annual herb in the family Polygonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They have simple, broad leaves, white flowers, and achenes. Individuals can grow to 0.45 m.
