Eryngium campestre (Field Eryngo) is a species of perennial herb in the family Apiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have broad leaves and dry fruit. Flowers are visited by null, Isodontia mexicana (de Saussure 1867), Honey bee, and Small Copper. Individuals can grow to 0.34 m.
