Myosotis sylvatica (Wood Forget Me Not) is a species of perennial herb in the family Boraginaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Callophrys niphon, Bombus muscorum, Celastrina lucia, and Marmalade hoverfly. Individuals can grow to 0.29 m.
