Aria edulis (Common Whitebeam) is a species of tree in the family Rosaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves and fleshy fruit. Flowers are visited by Syrphid fly, Andrena helvola, Eristalis pertinax, and Mallota florea. They are diurnal. Individuals can grow to 15 m.
