Lysimachia ovalis (Florida Pimpernel) is a species of annual herb in the family Primulaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Mato Grosso, Pernambuco, Caatinga, Sergipe, Minas Gerais, Bahia, GoiáS, The Contiguous United States, Espirito Santo, Rio De Janeiro, Cerrado, Mata Atlântica, and Ceará. They have simple, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Individuals can grow to 0.045 m.
