Iris versicolor (Blue Flag) is a species of perennial herb in the family Iridaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Canada, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Anthophora ursina, Viceroy, Mallota posticata, and Two-spotted Skipper. Individuals can grow to 0.72 m.
