Helianthus pauciflorus (Stiff Sunflower) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, and North America. They have broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Syrphid fly, Eristalis stipator, Melissodes trinodis, and Dufourea marginata.
