Taraxacum (Dandelion) is a genus of herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Alaska, Greenland, and Canada. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by brimstone, Red-belted Bumble Bee, Falcate Orangetip, and Blue Orchard Bee. Individuals can grow to 0.28 m.
