Tordylium apulum (Mediterranean Hartwort) is a species of annual herb in the family umbellifers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves and dry fruit. Flowers are visited by Cordicantharis longicollis. Individuals can grow to 0.4 m.
