In Panama this species was collected by the R. V. Albatross from southwest of Coiba Island (USNM 21007; Centroid Latitude: 6.2833, Centroid Longitude: -82.0833, depth 3058 m) and South of Puerto Armuelles, Charco Azul Bay (USNM 21008; Centroid Latitude: 6.1667, Centroid Longitude: -83.1000, depth 2690 m), Gulf of Chiriqui, eastern Pacific, North Pacific Ocean.
