Berberis aquifolium (Hollyleaved Barberry) is a species of shrub in the family Berberidaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, and Western North America. They have simple, broad leaves, yellow flowers, and berries. Individuals can grow to 8 feet.
