Ambrosia artemisiifolia (Annual Ragweed) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Mata Atlântica, Bahia, Canada, Mato Grosso Do Sul, RondôNia, ParaíBa, Amapá, Acre (Brazil), SãO Paulo, Pará, The Contiguous United States, AmazôNia, Paraná, Ceará, Rio Grande Do Sul, Eastern North America, The Americas, Mexico, Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina, Rio De Janeiro, and United States. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Honey bee. Individuals can grow to 86 cm.
