Helianthus tuberosus (Jerusalem Artichoke) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, and North America. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Pseudopanurgus labrosus, Xylota bicolor, Least Skipper, and Common Eastern Bumblebee. Individuals can grow to 9.800000000000001 feet.
