Lutjanus argentimaculatus (Mangrove Red Snapper) is a species of bony fishes in the family snappers. It is associated with freshwater habitat. It is a planktotroph. Individuals can grow to 8700 g. Mangrove Red Snapper has sexual reproduction. Reproduction is iteroparous and oviparous.
