Anoplogaster cornuta is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family fangtooths. They are native to Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands), The Neotropics, Ethiopia, Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, The Nearctic, the Palearctic, Asia, and Indian Ocean. They are solitary carnivores. Individuals can grow to 18 cm. They have sexual reproduction. They rely on swimming to move around.
