Manubrium, gonads and bulbs are yellowish in color, ocelli black.
Found in the Barents, White, Chukchi Seas, as well as the Bering Sea and Sea of Okhotsk

The umbrella is flattened to a great extent. The gonads are located between the radial canals along 1/2-2/3 of their length. Tentacles thin, their number reaches 300; whiskers absent. 8 statocysts are present, each contains about 12 concretions and carries an oculus near its base.
