Delectopecten vitreus (Vitreous Scallop) is a species of mussels in the family scallops. They are native to South African Exclusive Economic Zone and Namibia. They are surficial modifiers. Individuals can grow to 26 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are burrowers.
