Anatoma equatoria is a species of snails in the family Anatomidae. They are native to Tuvaluan Exclusive Economic Zone, New Zealand Exclusive Economic Zone, and Norfolk Island Exclusive Economic Zone. Dead Anatoma equatoria form shallow marine sediments. They have sexual reproduction.
