Hydrophis platurus (Yellow Bellied Sea Snake) is a species of snakes in the family Elapids. It is associated with freshwater habitat. It is found in the Nearctic, the Palearctic, the Indo-Malayan Realm, and the Neotropics. Yellow Bellied Sea Snake has sexual reproduction. Reproduction is dioecious.
