Javan Mongoose

Herpestes javanicus (Javan Mongoose) is a species of mammals in the family mongooses. They are listed in cites appendix iii. They are native to Pakistan, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Laos, Nepal, Cambodia, Asia, Iran, Singapore, Thailand, Iraq, Afghanistan, Vietnam, China, Myanmar, and India. They are solitary, diurnal omnivores. Individuals are known to live for 120 months and can grow to 280.02 mm. They rely on running to move around.
