Centaurea stoebe (Spotted Knapweed) is a species of biennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Bumble Bees, Megachile fidelis, Chrysotoxum, and Villa pretiosa. Individuals can grow to 0.66 m.
