Scleria secans (Razor Grass) is a species of tree in the family sedges. It is a climber. It has a self-supporting growth form. Razor Grass is native to Puerto Rico, Amapá, São Paulo, Mata Atlântica, Caatinga, Alagoas, Pantanal, Rio Grande do Norte, Piauí, Mato Grosso do Sul, Tocantins, Pará, Paraná, Maranhao, Rondônia, Roraima, Sergipe, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Distrito Federal, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Paraíba, Amazônia, Goiás, Rio Grande do Sul, Acre (Brazil), Pernambuco, Cerrado, Espirito Santo, Pampa, Ceará, Amazônia, and Mato Grosso. It has simple, broad leaves. It is a photoautotroph.
