Salvelinus namaycush (Lake Trout) is a species of bony fishes in the family Salmonidae. It is associated with freshwater habitat. It is native to Great Lakes Basin, United States, and Canada. Lake Trout is a carnivore. Individuals are known to live for 50 years and can grow to 32.7 kg. Lake Trout has sexual reproduction.
