Papilio polytes (Common Mormon) is a species of butterflies in the family swallowtail butterflies. They are native to the Palearctic and Asia. They visit flowers of (page not found), lantana, and bloodflower. They are diurnal herbivores. They have parental care (female provides care and paternal care). They rely on flight and gliding to move around.
