Solenodon paradoxus (Haitian Solenodon) is a species of mammals in the family solenodons. It is listed as endangered by IUCN. It is found in the Neotropics. Haitian Solenodon is an insectivore. Individuals are known to live for 136 months and can grow to 900 g. Reproduction is dioecious. Haitian Solenodon relies on arboreal (locomotion) to move around.
