Eleocharis obtusa (Blunt Spikerush) is a species of annual grass in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Eastern North America, Western North America, North America, Hawaii, Canada, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Individuals can grow to 0.58 m.
