Paspalum plicatulum (Brownseed Paspalum) is a species of perennial herb in the family true grasses. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Maranhao, Acre (Brazil), Puerto Rico, Distrito Federal, Tocantins, Pará, Mata Atlântica, Roraima, Alagoas, GoiáS, SãO Paulo, Pernambuco, Cerrado, Rio De Janeiro, Pampa, Pantanal, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande Do Sul, U.S. Virgin Islands, North America, Amapá, Mato Grosso, Eastern North America, Amazônia, Mato Grosso Do Sul, RondôNia, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple, broad leaves and green flowers. Individuals can grow to 3.3 feet.
