They are native to Solomon Islands, RondôNia, Santa Catarina, Distrito Federal, Mata Atlântica, Bahia, ParaíBa, Mato Grosso, Amazônia, Paraná, Pantanal, GoiáS, Rio De Janeiro, U.S. Virgin Islands, The Americas, Cerrado, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, Roraima, The Contiguous United States, United States, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Pará, SãO Paulo, Puerto Rico, Ceará, Caatinga, Minas Gerais, and US Minor Outlying Islands. They have simple, broad leaves.
