Juniperus communis (Common Juniper) is a species of shrub in the family Cupressaceae. They are native to Alaska, Eastern North America, Canada, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, North America, northern hemisphere, The Contiguous United States, Greenland, Western North America, and United States. They have yellow flowers and fleshy fruit. Flowers are visited by Gelechia sabinellus, White-tailed bumblebee, Megastigmus bipunctatus, and blairs shoulder-knot. Individuals can grow to 6 m.
