The IUCN account cited in the Wikipedia article notes that this frog has an exceptionally loud call. M.G. McCay investigated the aeodynamics of these gliding frogs (under the name Polypedates dennysi) in wind-tunnel experiments (2001, The Journal of Experimental Biology 204, 2817–2826).
