She pointed out this Cayman Racer (Cubophis caymanus), the only snake indigenous to Grand Cayman, sitting in the leaves next to the trail. The Racer is a relatively small snake and feeds primarily on Cuban Tree Frogs and the occasional iguana hatchling. They are not poisonous. Date: 13 January 2011, 09:39.
