Cosmarium pseudamoenum Desmid with unicellar organization. This depth of focus picture shows the surface of dimpled cell wall, structure of axial chloroplast and a trace of pyrenoids. Based on 8 pictures depth of focus was generated using CombineZ by Alan Hadley and MicroPicS by Bernhard Wiedemann. Sample from sphagnum pond Dosenmoor near Neumuenster (Schleswig-Holstein, Germany).
